"One month has passed since I ordered my MI speaker on August 9th (Order ID: 3181028). I called on August 19th and was told that my product would be delivered on August 21st. However, when I called on August 21st, I was informed that my product would be dispatched on August 23rd. I called again on August 23rd and was told that it would be delivered on August 31st. Now that September has arrived, I called on August 31st and was told that my product would be delivered on September 2nd. Today, I called and was told that my product would be dispatched on September 6th. What is going on? Is your company fraudulent? It seems like your company is making a fool out of customers and committing fraud.
