Order id3306029dtd 19 th October 24.for mobile.after many contacts with VLE,one used mobile very small and scratchy with full photos and data , with no charger or pamplet delivered after one month . tickets raised for return of the mobile and issue new mobile which was ordered or else request for refund of cash.sorry to say no response or no reply to my email s.also no one picks up call.i am still waiting.i don't know what is wrong.is it a scam😠prof captain shobha prasad
