I wanted to buy 26 units of Beetel F5 WFP, but needed some clarification on features. Couldn't get through to customer care. Email was replied to after 3 days with a message that someone from Customer care will get in touch with me. Nobody has reverted back till date. Such poor service for an order value of ₹1,00,000. Thank God I didn't pay any money.
