I ordered a Laptop Cooling Pad Model ZEB NC3300. Order ID: 3593535
It's advertised size is 20.00cm x 27.00cm. That was the basis of my purchase.
The size supplied is 24.00cm x 36.00cm. It is too big for my 12" Laptop.
All attempts to get a replacement from the vendor have failed in spite of filing the complaint on their WEB Site the same day.
Their support phone no. +91 9971275500 is a fake number. No one replies.
