I have ordered a Lenovo Thinkpad T430 (320 GB, i5, 3rd Generation, 4 GB) Refurbished on 21st June 2021. Attached are the invoice details FYR. Well, the Laptop was not delivered due to no stock and I had claimed an immediate refund 2 months back.
It's been almost 2months since I am trying to reach out to the customer support team to get the refund. I have raised a complaint ticket also but no response yet.
When the money was paid in advance you should support/ respond to the client, otherwise be ready for the consequences.
I would expect a quick response, within the next 7 days if not we would be forced to file a complaint against the company in consumer court.
Take this msg as a final alert if we still don't get a response you will be liable to face legal challenges.
