Quite unprofessional startup I would say, don't think with such approach it will be survived in the long run. Seems they are operating their customer care on single mobile line and average waiting time is 56min and longest one which I experienced was 1hr 50min and that one I had to cancelled. They really need to upscale themselves on service excellence else market is mature enough and will decide. For sure, recommendation not to indulge unless one has enough patience in this ever changing world and ready to waste their time on follow up which hardly turned into success. Thanks Sunny
