Hi there, I am jaspal singh. I have ordered a hard disk from your website on August 18, 2022. My order number is #1720737. It was 5898.00 Rupees. But, I did not received any update from you for delivery. Then, on August 26 I have requested you to refund my money but still you have not replied to me. I also tried to call you from last 21 days. They said we will give your refund in next 2 days. Again I have called so many times they are saying the same thing that your issue will be solved soon. But ot was not. Can you please take it serious? I will be really appreciated.
