I purchased a Canon MG2577s Printer/Scanner from VleBazaar. They sent it through Xpressbees who delivered it on Mar 3rd, 2023 with a cracked scanner glass. (I do not know whose fault). Despite reporting the damage with photos within an hour of receipt only automatic routine replies stating that it will be attended to shortly. This has happened for five days, but no action from the supplier. I have asked for a replacement by returning the damaged printer or getting their technician to repair it at my home. Otherwise, refund the price paid. Their phones are always busy and email responses are auto without action so far. VERY POOR effort by VLEBAZAAR - be careful to deal with them.
