Further to my earlier comments about the purchase of a Canon MG2577s Printer/Scanner which was delivered on Mar 3rd with cracked glass, after further twelve days, my experience with them remains dismal as so far. Other than auto-responses they have not taken any action so far. As such, I got the glass replaced by a local technician for a small cost which they have remained mum about reimbursing! My summary comments about VleBazaar is that they are not total fraud, as they did send me a printer at an attractive price, but their after sales service remains ZERO. On checking with Canon, it seems that their printer is not covered under any warranty (I do not know about other suppliers, but Amazon cetainly replaces any defective item). My experience with Vle: POOR.
