I recently ordered a oneplus earbuds from this website, order no 2057514. They had several options on website to take the payment from customer and no COD option there. i paid the amount via scanning QR code and ordered it. Then i got to know about bad reviews about this company on internet. I tried to cancel the order but this option is not working, they ask to contact support team but this was so ridiculous that no one answered the calls staying on Hold and listing to the IVR for one hour that all of cx executives are busy on other lines. I mailed to the company and raised a ticket also but no one is answering or replying them. Then i tried to search their office address and i searched it on google there was no such office and the address on website was fake. this is a whole scam company website they don't update anything and don't deliver anything.
