My experience with vlebazar has been pleasant. Their customer service is also quick and efficient. Like any other e-commerce sites, there are sellers who fail to meet your expectations but during such events I had returned the products successfully without much efforts and got my refund or replacement as per my choice. I made genuine return/refund request in the past and after knowing the real issue, CS never objected to my return request. At times when products were in "non-returnable " category, they have paid me the refund when the products received were either damaged or not as promised. In short, choosing, ordering or returning the products, everything is easy and convenient. The product delivery time is also reasonably good and products are delivered on or before expected delivery time.
