I ordered a Seagate hard disk from Vlebazaar on 14 June 2023. The Order ID is 2246848. and the Invoice No is INV-2022-231115. At the time of purchase, it was promised that the order would be shipped within 17-19 JUNE 2023. Unfortunately, there is no intimation from their side yet on the dispatch of the product. I called them up many times on their customer care number and logged several customer support tickets on their website. Whatever they promise regarding shipment or delivery is false. I am surprised how they are running their e-commerce business is such a wrong way.
