Extremely pathetic website and completely fraud. Don't ever buy any product from here. I ordered a different brand router ups and got a defected piece of another brand. I tried to raise the complaint and they mentioned to send unboxing video. What rubbish, how will one know that they have defected product and will need to change before even opening the box. And then they have guts to say that since you have not replied within 7 days, it's not acceptable( this reply itself cane after 20 days). PATHETIC AND FRAUD
