I had placed an order for Sony WI-C400 Wireless Bluetooth in-Ear Neck Band Headphones on 29/7/23, Invoice No.: INV-2022-242512 Order ID: #2369163, but haven't received the product till date, I have been calling and requesting customer care regularly for my item delivery but every time they give me same answer that it will be dispatched tomorrow, also the do not respond properly, infect they answer rudely and disconnect the call as if they are favoring on me by answering our calls that too after waiting for long and now it is showing as refunded which is not happened actually, I can say with my personal experience this is an big Froud company cheating innocent people, do not purchase any item through this website...
