Placed an order on 3rd of August with payment done. Till today I did not receive the item. I contacted the representatives over phone 5 times. All the time i got the reply that I would be receiving the item within 2 or 3days. On the last call I was informed that on September 10th definitely i will receive it. Still no sign of getting the item.. Worst Online company, Even after 5 days they have not shipped my order. I have requested them to cancel the order and refund the money.
