On June 30th, 2023, I placed an order for a red Sony headphone from VLEBAZAAR, mistakenly providing my old contact number and promptly requested customer support to update it. They assured me that the change was made. However, during the delivery, the outdated number caused issues, and the delivery boy couldn't obtain the OTP, leading to the product being returned to their warehouse.
Later, on July 27th, 2023, I placed a second order (#2363860) for the same product. To my dismay, I received a black headphone instead of the red one I ordered. Despite the mix-up, I decided to keep the product.
To complicate matters, I discovered that they had processed a wallet transfer for my initial order (#2291478). Starting from September 1st, I contacted their support more than 20 times, requesting a bank transfer refund for the first order. Initially, they assured me that the refund would be processed within 24, 48, or 72 hours, or at most, a week. They claimed to have forwarded the request to the refund team, but nothing materialized. Some representatives asked for my bank details via email, while others advised raising a ticket. Despite these efforts, the money remained in their wallet.
Recently, when I contacted them again, they suggested making a different purchase, indicating a clear reluctance to issue a refund. To add to the frustration, the product arrived in packaging from Flipkart, emphasizing the inconsistency between the product received and the one I had ordered.
In summary, it is evident that VLEBAZAAR does not honor their refund commitments, and they also fail to deliver the correct products. I strongly advise others to avoid falling into the trap of their seemingly low prices, as they are undoubtedly engaging in fraudulent practices.
