I ordered last July 2 units of OnePlus 11R, VLE delivered 1 unit and it is refurbished. I keep on calling Customer service but no answer at all. I even emailed them and they keep on promised that they will deliver it. Until now they did not deliver the other unit. Don't buy any item. VLE Bazaar is a fraudster.
