Ordered 3 headphones for our studio in December 2023, still not received. Raised a ticket with them, they said it ll be delivered within a week, still not received. They are closing the ticket even though the order is not delivered. What a fraud company this is, 5,000rs hard earned money is just gone. I really have no idea what to do next.
