It’s a poor E com site. It’s more than 45 days I am facing refund issue with them. I order on early Feb 2024 and the product I received on 20th Feb was used and different in color. I raided return and refund request till date no refund is given. Today 30 March I received email that the amount has been added in VLE wallet.Even after maintaining I need refund in original source. attached is the screenshot. I admire there courage and confidence, they still think I will be using there channel again Their customer care people are worst. No idea how this company is operating.
