I ordered a 4TB Western Digital Hard drive. They shipped it without the power cord. When I raises a customer feedback, they sent a service support ticket. When I clicked on the ticket tracking link, it said the ticket did not exist. I repeated this exercise and got a 2nd ticket, with the same outcome, the link says the ticket does not exist.
Vlebazaar is a scam operation selling 2nd hand, refurbished goods. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !
