I placed an order for a printer on March 26th. For close to 10 days, the order status kept saying processing. I called their support number and it was promised that the printer will be shipped the next day. After several days of waiting and with no processing, I decided to cancel the order. Now, I'm waiting for a refund of my money. It's been more than 10 days and there has been no response. I called them a few times and it always starts with a queue of 15 or 20 people in the call and when it comes to your turn, it gets disconnected. I wanted to support an Indian startup, but these guys don't deserve it.
