I have written this mail regarding your service. I have received my buds on 10th may 2024. which was delivered wrong model, box was damaged, seal was open then i got call of ms. Manisha Nagar on 11th may i told her about product condition. she told me to check product's technical working i have checked found that sound is too low, there is no bass. so i have applied for return product at yesterday and called to manisha but she didn't picked up. Now i again called her to know about my return and refund she told me that i can keep product she will transfer my money to vlebazaar wallet for which i denied as i dont want to purchase anything from this. she told me refund will be done within working 10 days which is long time when i objectify this issue. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HAS ONLY JOB TO ARRANGE PICK UP FOR REFUND I NEED TO GO AT CUSTOMER CARE. THEN THIS MAIL ID IS FOR? I TOLD HER TO INFORM HER CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME. SHE TOLD ME THAT ITS NOT HER JOB NOW SHE IS NOT ABLE TO GET ME TOUCH WITH CONCERN DEPARTMENT I NEED TO SEARCH ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE THIS MAIL AND I HAVE POSTED REVIEW WHATS THIS USE OF!!!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED NO CONCERNED PERSON HERE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHEN WE DO MAKE PURCHASE AS A CUSTOMER OUR PAYMENT PROCESS TAKES 1 MIN BUT RETURN WILL TAKE 3 DAYS THEN PRODUCT WILL BE REACHED THEIR GODOWN IN 3 DAYS REFUND WILL TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS!! WHAT A SERVICE IS THIS
