Sub: Order no: 2958685/16.04.24_Refund Id: R9WSQ733U7 reg: This is pursuant to my earlier review on the sane Company VLE Bazaar Pvt Ltd. I had ordered a home wifi extender for Rs. 2999/- Due to the delay, I had got the order cancelled and refund initiated on 3rd May. On flimsy excuses, they are even delaying the refund. It appears that they do not intend to refund the money. I have written 3 letters to their CEO dated, 17th May, 8th May & 29th April 2024, requesting the CEO's intervention. Till date, no reply from their CEO. I have even made a grievance online to Dept. of Consumer Affairs, on their website, https://consumerhelpline.gov.in., on 4th May, vide docket no: 5759472. No response as of 18th May. I am not leaving it here, anyway. Let no other consumer have a bad experience like mine.
