After years of searching for the Right Barista Version (ending up with the oatly oat Barista, which so far has been my favorite) I found the vly barista pea. It‘s the ultimate Barista foam. Great texture, very discrete Taste so that the Espresso comes through. And it definitely doesn’t taste like peas. It’s also definitely luxury since you pay four times as much for it than for milk. Such a shame that I can’t find it in a store in Munich…. I need to order it online.
