You failed to get my account closed and continued to charge me for a service that I didn’t use! I am reserving my right in law to cancel within the 14 days cooling off period . I have taken you on once before and I won my case with ofcom. I’m hoping you are able to see what has happened and to expedite this as soon as possible.
