I'm a new customer and my phone number was to be ported over on 4th Jan its now the 9th and I a have been left with no phone for 6 days now.
I have health problems and rely on my phone.
I have spoken to at least 20 different advisors and had various excuses and they just say wait 24-48 hours then end call and wait for the next advisor to fob me off
