The worst customer service ever. They keep you more than an hour waiting on the phone and no one replies. Same with their AI assistant Toby. All is made to make the customer quit.
VODAFONE YOU CANNOT CALL IT CUSTOMER CARE AS YOU DONT REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. May this message reach top directors and responsible managers. Shame for 2025 “lead”mobile services company.
