SO many reasons! 1 - reported phone stolen then was given a massive bill and was told it wasn't canceled. They said we used the word block not cancel so it's our fault. We did say it was stolen so they should be the ones to cancel it. 2 - Used the refer a friend scheme multiple times and didnt receive any reward because i am already a customer? this wasnt written in there term and conditions, so refered people to it on the assumption that we would both get a amazon gift voucher but we didnt. at least give it to the new customer. 3 - Child got billed a massive amount for using the phone, this should be capped so they cant do it. and they knew it was a kids phone. They will use any excuse to take money from you.
