Worst customer support/Payment collection team i ever experienced. These people never know how to treat a genuine/loyal customers. I was using an postpaid no. for more than 6 years. These people generated high bill amount which was not used by me in MMS.I raised a complaint and customer support accepted to wave off the money in the next payment, they never did it till now which is already 11 months over. People from collection department calling continuously to pay the amount which i never used it and the girl (8939182878) who spoke to me didn't know how to talk to the customer she is very awful, extremely bad. I thought of continuing the network when CS people revert back .But after talking to this rebellious girl i dont want to continue the service at all. Pathetic service! Please train your team how to talk to the customer and listen their concerns then you can allocate peoples for collection. Worst Service!
