Shame it is not possible to avoid zero stars.
Vodafone -totally incompetent, local branch transfered me from contract to PAYG when all I asked for was a new phone, then changed my security details so I was unable to rectify this anywhere but at that branch. 6 months later and Zinc, Vodafone's "credit management" company start sending threatening letters. I point out the error is 100% their own, they keep sending letters. The press and public need to know how this company operates.
