VODAFONE WORSE PROVIDER WE HAVE EVER HAD
My mobile lost signal 4 days ago, Vodafone said it was a SIM card problem and sent a new SIM card. Unfortunately for me it still doesn’t work. Ive spent so much time talking to their tech department with no luck and each time having to go over the same problem again and again. I have asked for a PAC code so I can keep my number and buy a new phone from a different operator. Each time I’ve been cut off. This is business phone and has caused me to lose a considerable amount of work. I had mobile phones since they first came out many many years ago. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced not just in phones but anywhere. If you rely on your phone for business steer well clear.
