I have a Vodafone broadband phone and sim contract, I pay £61 monthly its been about six months I have contract with them. I am almost calling twice a week because my broadband. they waist like one hour over the phone. it does work for a while and drops again. If we ask to cancel the contract if you cannot provide the service they are asking for cancellation charges.
I will never suggest Vodafone to anyone cause the customer is horrible.
