I bought a phone samsung s21 from vodafone online. Its been 4 months i didnt receive earbuds as they keep making same mistake. I probably called 25 times so fix the issue. Now i have cancelled vodafone and switched to optus.
What they did is cancelled my insurance too on my two phones too without informing. Their call center is in india only and they have no idea how to operate. They dont understand questions. I am very disappointed with the service. After 7 years i am leaving vodafone. I dont recommend anyone to use this service.
