I have only ever been with Vodafone for over 20 years.
Customer service was always great, no problems with signal and always get a good deal.
However Vodafone have now pushed me to breaking point, after unlawfully taking money out of my bank for 3 months for a sim that was canceled within the cooling off period due to their inability to transfer the phone numbers. For the past 2 months I've spent calling Vodafone 2/3 times a week no call less than 40mins or in excess of 2 hours, just for them to admit their mistake, as nobody in the customer service dep seem to leave good enough notes for the next person to make any sense of. Now finally I've been offered a full refund but wait, after waiting the 14 days refund period to realise I still have no money, to be told I have to wait another 14 days and yes the same thing happened again, so I've been waiting well over a month for my money to be returned to me and I still don't have it.
I will never use Vodafone again, for a company to be soo good to have gotten really poor in a very short space of time and have made my life hell for the past 5 months is unacceptable and they should be held accountable for what they are putting people through.
