Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful!
- staff don't tell you about friends and family discounts worth 20% if you work for NHS or other big companies.
- items on display in the shops are routinely unavailable and staff have no idea when they're coming in.
- manager in my local branch (Epsom) hides in the back office "on his lunch break" at peak times, leaving staff to handle queues of angry customers (and turn them away if they need something "only the manager is authorised to do").
