what a disgrace and a total fiasco purposely designed to get money they are not entitled to. I took out a 30 day plan MIFI as moving house and wanted broadband in both properties for a few weeks. I had an email saying my plan ended on 4th June and had paid the month fee in advance. surprised to receive a bill on 5th June for next month. Called them and was told I had to give 30 days notice for the 30 day plan I took out - even though I had only taken a 30 day plan!!! insisted it was rolling so I asked are you saying I take the plan out and on the same day I give my notice - and they say yes that right. what a joke. so I cancel my direct debit, paid by card for the following month (that I didn't need). I then get another bill for the next month. i call and they say I have to pay the full month, as 1 day falls into new billing period, and then one month later plus 22 days I will get a refund for the other 29 days of the 30 days i didn't use as contract cancelled. get this, because I've cancelled my DD I have to call them for the refund after the month plus 22 days as they wont' refund it back to the card I paid with. I asked if i could just pay the 1 day and remove all that nonsense but no! so a 30 days plan for £33 has cost me almost £100. absolutely disgusting service. shame on you vodafone
