Do you have a problem with your phone ? Good luck trying to get through to a human to speak to.
Automated system keeps sending me round in circles and does not recognise my mobile number (presumably since I swapped using a PAC code.. but that doesn't make it acceptable).
I spent at least half an hour trying to find an option to speak to an advisor regarding a faulty screen from a recently purchased handset directly from vodafone. I was not able to get anywhere with the automated system and it would automatically hang up on me for entering the "wrong" mobile number 3 times.
I finally figured I would call to report my phone as "Lost or Stolen" just for the sake of speaking to someone then kindly ask if they can put me through to the technical team... However, this option also starts with an automated system advising me that I can go online to request support check my bills etc etc.
Utter horse **** worst customer service I have ever experienced... in fact, non existent.
