I am only rating 1 because I can't rate 0. I have had no end of issues with Vodafone broadband. My connection is always dropping, sometimes for days. In April/May my connection was down for 22 days and I was told by numerous people that I would receive automatic compensation. I have not. I have spent full days trying to get my internet reconnected and chasing up the credit that I am due. Everyone I speak to tells me something different, I have been repeatedly lied to, and put on hold and then disconnected more times than I can count. Each call to customer service has lasted multiple hours. This is the worst customer service I have ever come across. I wouldn't touch Vodafone again if you paid me. And that's a shame, because I worked for them for ten years. I am absolutely disgusted.
They say: "This isn't the smooth experience we want you to have, nor the service that we strive for here at Vodafone." Well, it's the service I have received consistently over the last several months, so perhaps some company-wide training is in order? I must have spoken to 10-15 advisors over the phone, chat and via social media and no one can give me a straight answer or consistent information.
