If I could give them 0 i will, for over an hour i was there trying to order an Item, and during that period i specified my address had changed about 45mins of the time, still it got delivered to someone else, now I can't call them, I have spent 1-2 chatting with someone that keeps asking me to stay connected and later on to ask me again what he/she could help me with. Why do i have to chat or go into vodafone office to get an issue resolved.
This is the first bad review I have ever given, its just too annoying
