unbelievably bad!!
i have never encountered customer service like vodafone, you can spend hours on the phone, speaking to loads of different people, explaining your problem again and again because they dont take notes, only to get hung up on, or lied to. i have been trying to cancel a phone number for over a month now, keep being told it has been dealt with, only to find out that number is still active. they overcharge you, lie to you and waste your time. for gods sake dont take out a contract with vodafone - you will regret it!
