DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT JOINING VODAFONE!! This is the worst company i have ever experience and i regret that i made a pay monthly contract phone with them. Every month there is always a problem about the phone bills and other things. They kept taking money from my account and they charged me £93 for something i did not know , im lucky that i always check my bank statements. And then i received another txt from them that tgey are charging me another £663 for cancelling my contract which is i did not even do !! And its also been 3 weeks and still waiting for that money that £93 that they refunded.so now i have to make a call again!! Im wondering what problem is going to come again this coming june!! The customer service said they have solved the problems but it keeps on coming back . It's such an inconvinience ! Im very very disappointed with the customer service and the company!!!!! Not good at all!!
