Tried to add a second line to my contract for my son, with a view to adding a third later this year for my daughter. Started call whilst at home, after being on hold for 10 minutes I decided to drive to Carphone warehouse some 20 mins away. I remained on hold the whole journey and eventually answered as I arrived. Explained I was about to go into Carphone warehouse and was offered a 'deal' and was told they would call back later to see if they could match any better deal from CW. No one called so ended up calling Vodafone many times requesting someone call me back but no one called me back. Called for one final time only to be told the original offer was a lie and it didn't exist and then offered one at a much higher price (more than I can get by going elsewhere!).
Called customer services and logged a complaint and was promised they would call me back the next day within an 1hr time slot .... Guess what .... They never called. I wonder if I will give them the business of a second and third line.. Let me think!!
