At the end of my two year contract I have been trying to upgrade to a new phone for nearly a month. Won't go in to the details here
simply would take to long. Vodafone has not been able to complete this simple task. Numerous calls to customer services, hours on hold and speaking to many different people. I will now move on to another supplier. Unfortunately the horror stories are to be believed. Their customer service is non existent and not able to resolve the most basic difficulty. My advice is use another supplier.
