After them having cancelled my broadband and home phone installation 3 times without letting me know, I stupidly continued and finally my phone was connected at the beginning of August which was a month after I moved into my new house. However, my broadband still wasn't connected. I phoned them up and the person who was supposed to help me didn't have a clue and passed me to someone else who also didn't have a clue. When he had finished my broadband was connected but my phone was dead. He told me the problem was my phone and to go out and buy a new one and promptly ended the call. Luckily a friend who was visiting that evening managed to sort it out. I should have had the good sense then and cancelled but alas I was too trusting (or stupid).They have overcharged me on every very bill I have had and on my last bill decided to charge me for all my calls which were supposed to be included in my bundle. My bill was over £100 more than it should have been ! And guess what ? Yes they have overcharged me again this month ! Complaining is becoming a monthly ritual. I have given up trying to phone them. I now go into the shop. At least you actually get to talk to someone there. Oh ! Did I mention that if you do get your landline calls free if you go over your one hour they charge you for the whole call and not just the extra minutes. This is a very condensed version of my story. It would take me days to tell you the full version. Just take my advise. Don't even think about it ! I reckon I will have had a nervous breakdown by the time my contract runs out in 18 months ! !
