Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't know why I was expecting an agent on the phone to be honest and helpful, result - I ended up with a lock-in contract of 12 month which I never agreed to, couldn't cancel it afterwards without horrendous surcharges. Cancellation after the 12 months period has to be done a month upfront and can't be done previously - I will end up having this on my mind for another couple of month.
Also, online performance is in my point of view very bad. Log-in process a pain and limited changes possible online.
