The staff member in the Vodafone shop who sold me the phone was very pleasant and attentive. He confirmed that to unlock the phone I would only need to activate it and 30 days later I could fill in the form to apply for the unlocking.
I did that. And I filled in the form.
I got an automated email that I haven't been with them for 30 days. I filled the form again - same response. I emailed them (hoping to speak with a real human being), I got a differently phrased response with the same contents. Again and again. And there's been no development on the issue yet!
I was planning to get another phone from them. But not anymore!
