They are useless. I have different people in the company telling me different information about different things and no-one seems to know what's going on. I've been with Vodafone for about 8 years now and I've had problems almost constantly with their support anytime I've ever used it, and this includes in-store, on the phone and their Live Chat system (which is probably the worst of the lot).
My dad and I are on the same account because when we set it up when I was 16, and they are refusing to separate the account unless we both go into a store together which is quite difficult as we now live in different cities. I'm 23, and they still won't talk to me once I was say my name and they realise I'm not the account owner, despite my Dad and I ringing them multiple times to explain we want it separated and despite me paying entirely for my phone.
Considering the duel-account is a service Vodafone offer, I find it amazing that none of their staff have any understanding of how it works and as soon as they realise there are two phone numbers on the account act like the information they're reading on the screen may as well be in Chinese.
Most recently, the guy I spoke to in-store was fairly helpful, but acted like he couldn't wait to get me out the store, telling me I had to ring up. And then the man I spoke to on the phone was one of the least helpful people I've ever spoken to, putting me on hold for 15 minutes just to come back and say there's nothing he can do (despite the man in the shop saying there is).
In conclusion: avoid at all costs.
