My son is disabled and had some difficulties getting his old phone unlocked when he received his new one. Vodafone were not only extremely courteous, but helped tremendously. They also gave him a credit for all the difficulty he had. I went to the executives office for the help and they could not have been more helpful, in fact better than any other phone provider. My son has been with them for a few years now and could not be happier. I think it is the way in which you approach people from my experience, but they get 5 stars from me for their customer service and the kind and helpful way they have treated my brain injured son they get 5 stars from him.
