After being a customer for 20 years. After dealings with them over the last two weeks trying to change from a business to a consumer account for 3 family numbers I can honestly say the level of customers service is probably the worst I have experienced from any company ever. Hours on the phone to some useless articles both here and in India and in the shops.
Cant wait for the transfers to complete so that I can leave. They don't care for a 20year customers so why should I bother to stay.
Run a mile folks.....find another operator.
