Overcharging on monthly bill - BEWARE
Went through my latest bill and found they had charged me £7.56 over the usual contracted amount. Reason stated over allotted call time, RUBBISH! Never use all my minutes. Added up call time and nowhere near. Got refund and little bit extra with profuse apologies but this was calculated, they were hoping I don't check the bill. Oh took two calls to sort it out because first time got someone in hirdy girdy land that doesn't speak good English duh! Useful!
